In this episode, we sit down with active duty Coast Guard member and owner of "SnapRack", Matthew Shier. Matthew shares his journey to creating his very own company and how it has changed his outlook on service and life after the uniform. While in the Coast Guard, Matthew has saved a number of folks stuck in the water, he even shares one of his stories with us. Matthew is very proud of his service and even more so his company!
