Cassidy shares some stories of his time in Afghanistan as a collections manager and intelligence analyst. He shares the many obstacles he and his family have had to overcome, such as their house burning down in the California fires. Cassidy has remained strong and is now finishing up his MBA. Cassidy explains how open communication and teamwork have not only helped him personally but how it has kept his marriage and family strong for so many years. Cassidy is a Marine Veteran with two combat deployments in Afghanistan as a collections manager and intelligence analyst. After separation from active duty in 2013, he pursued his education endeavors at UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business and is currently finishing his MBA at San Francisco State University. Cassidy has always gravitated to the Veteran community due to their shared experiences and common language. He was named 2016 Veteran of the Year by Napa’s District 4.
Cassidy lives in Napa with his wife, four children, a German Shorthaired Pointer named Indy, and a cat named Lilly. In his spare time, he enjoys cooking, reading, biking, hiking, camping and everything outdoors.
