James is an Army Veteran and Police Officer/First Responder. He joined the Army at 18 years old following in his older brothers footsteps. After having served James experienced truly significant events in which his Father had passed and his older brother, a retired Army Officer. The loss of his brother has inspired him to help other veterans and first responders through his non-profit mentorship, The Veteran Mentor Project. James is determined to help those struggling with depression, mental-illness, and various other traumas by creating a "tribe" like community in which veterans can come together.
